Our Managing Director has been at the helm since day one, launching TQUK into the market back in 2013, fuelled by milky coffee and chocolate hobnobs.
Andy's background lies in training and operational management at a training provider and he combines an above-average appetite for success with graft and commitment to excellence that filter down through everything we do.
Whether it's acting as shareholder at United (he owns one brick), educating the masses on Manchesterisms (it's a barm cake), or propping up the local music scene (he's seen Take That 16 times), there's no denying that Andy is Manchester-born and bred.
In his spare time you'll find him walking his two dogs, spending time with his two children and hassling Newcastle United fans. He also has a degree in Health and Safety and can drive a forklift truck.

Entering the ring in November 2023, James joined our Executive Team primarily to balance out the cat v dog debate and bolster the feline ranks. It turns out he's also pretty good with numbers, which is really helpful.
Day to day, James brings a cool head to our strategic decision-making table and his years of experience in business improvement and financial forecasting shine through when he's talking us through the implications of our latest wild idea.
In his spare time, you'll find James wrapped around the little finger of his little girl, flexing his pub quiz knowledge on the Premier League or ironing his collection of football shirts – the crowning jewel of which is the 1990 Man United home piece.
