Don’t be fooled by the perfect hair: Steph is a lean, mean operational machine, unafraid to get her hands dirty and revelling in leading the teams in TQUK that get stuff done. After joining us in 2019, Steph quickly established herself as the go-to gal for operational efficiency, revolutionising our EPA operational processes.
Fast forward, and in her current role, she is laser-focused on delivering the same efficiencies across all areas of the business, supported by an enviable range of stationery. Steph oversees our Customer Service and Exams and Operations departments.
Outside of work, Steph can most often be found at home with her marigolds on or driving around Greater Manchester to the power ballads of Mariah Carey, sunnies on and iced coffee in hand.
