Don't be fooled by the perfect hair: Steph is a lean, mean operational machine, unafraid to get her hands dirty and revelling in leading the teams in TQUK that get stuff done. After joining us in 2019, Steph quickly established herself as the go-to gal for operational efficiency, revolutionising our EPA operational processes.
Fast forward, and in her current role, she is laser-focused on delivering the same efficiencies across all areas of the business, supported by an enviable range of stationery. Steph oversees our Customer Service and Exams and Operations departments.
Outside of work, Steph can most often be found at home with her marigolds on or driving around Greater Manchester to the power ballads of Mariah Carey, sunnies on and iced coffee in hand.

Karl has a knack for technology that feels a little like magic, and yes, we're all a bit envious. With over 12 years of technology leadership across a range of industries including financial services and legal, it's clear he didn't just stumble into being this good, he earned it (though we still suspect there's some sorcery involved).
His mornings start with a coffee, and before you know it, he's knee-deep in orchestrating large-scale change and wrangling complex tech programmes like it's just another Tuesday. Strategy, insight, systems, process...Karl somehow makes the messy stuff run like a well-oiled machine.
Outside the office, weekends are often spent on the road with his family, cheering on their 6'6" emerging basketball star son (yes, we can confirm that the tall genes run in the family). And when time allows, Karl unwinds with his trusty guitar, jamming along to classic dad rock tunes.

In his own words Paddy has been 'trying to win people over to compliance for years'. We think he does a pretty good job (despite the collective groans when he appears on an all staff gatherround to remind people about adverse effects, again).
After an early career in banking, Paddy honed his skills at another AO before jumping over and landing feet first in our Leadership Team. He oversees the compliance related activities across awarding and EPA, including our internal audit schedule, data returns and GDPR compliance.
The greatest love in Paddy's life is his dog, Mabel, who has her own TikTok account and is more successful on social media than Paddy could ever hope to be. You'll find him supporting the local economy by supping at the various independent bars in Sale with Mabel by his side watching the world go by.
